i am in LOVE with this recipe. i tried this out the other night and the sauce alone is amazing!!! oowey, gooey, salty goodness. only one small change; i cooked the chicken about 10 minutes longer than recommended. after carving the chicken i found that it wasn’t quite cooked long enough. i didn’t calculate my chicken poundage i just stuck with the exact timing of the recipe. nevertheless, i popped it back in the oven for 10 more minutes and it was perfect.
seriously, this sauce was soo good i made it again the next day for lunch. i’m sure this could be adapted with chicken breasts or thighs but i love how easy (and inexpensive) it is to cook the whole bird.
